Forest Frolic

Vision-It's quite obvious that you wanted this picture to be as happy and carefree as possible. The bright, warm colors combined with the joy in the gryphon's face add to this a lot.

Originality-This is a very beautiful picture, but the originality of the picture itself (i.e. positioning, backgrounds, etc.) is pretty average. For this situation, I feel like it is definitely original enough, though.

Technique-I really enjoy the technique you used here. The painterly style you used here is not something I see often, and the textures are very nice as well. I feel that you could have elaborated on the background some more, maybe on the texture of the bark of the trees, the grass, etc. However, I don't really have a lot of room to talk, since a majority of my paintings don't even include backgrounds.

Impact-Well, this painting has quite an impact on me. The colors you chose and the pure joy on the face of Kurat made me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.

Overall-I think this is a very excellent painting. I really like the technique you used, and the ideas behind this one. Great job!
